Change the World

Sometimes life is just so mundane and long, ever notice? Why we wonder...or I do anyway...its because this isn't our home, we are pilgrims for sure on a long or short journey no matter...Someday we will finally be HOME...then no more mundane or dryness. We must simply take one day at a time tying hard to love those around us in whatever capacity we have. We must try to alleviate the pain of those around us. We must try to give hope to those who falter and struggle. We must try hard to leave a trail of goodness and kindness behind, a pathway for others to follow us home to Heaven... This life is simply a test to see what we are made of, to find our strengths and weaknesses so that we may better perfect ourselves for that final trip over the waters to eternal life...It will come sooner that we expect are we ready? I believe that no matter how small you may feel you can do this. You have the strength inside to make the world a better place just one person at time. Little things like a smile or small gift even if it secretly hurts, a phone call to someone who needs to hear a kind voice...these things change the world believe it or not. Like a ripple on the still waters...Send out lots of good ripples...When you finally arrive at Heaven all those ripples will  become a loud wonderful welcoming symphony for you!  Don't believe me? Try it...Another way to look at it, life is like a boomerang what you throw out there will come back to you...Or others call it karma, whatever name you call it what you give out WILL come back to you...If not here definitely in the next go round, remember that...isn't it worth whatever sacrifice you need to make to stock up on that "eternal reward"? I truly believe it is...This life is passing quickly no matter how long you stay here...A relative of mine is 103 yes that's right, but I know she still thinks its gone quickly...Even if we lived a 1000 years it would be as naught compared to eternity...

Sometimes Life is Too Much, What Then?

Funny, I write this stuff when so inspired and then other times life is so difficult and dark that I wonder if what I've written is true or a figment of the imagination...This is one of those many times. Life has been anything but pleasant for a long, long time. Some days its easier to handle than others. Sometimes there is hope and other times hope seems like an unreachable star so far away...This is one of those times, again. Somehow you keep hanging on no knowing how or why maybe cause its just what you do. At times like this it helps to read the post here. It helps to see the moments of light. It helps to see that this is just the clouds in front of the moon...They eventually will pass again. And yet is this world not a dark place? It is not as it was created or intended is it? It has been marred by darkness caused by sin, our sin.  It helps to think of that. It helps because it reminds me that just as the world is not perfect neither am I. Someday if I can just hold on even if its just by fingernails that SOMEDAY no matter what my emotions are telling me or the clouds that block the light in my mind either at times, someday it will be better, ALL will be restored to its rightful place...So hang on I must no matter the effort it may take to do so.  No matter how dense the clouds blocking the light, behind it the light still exist whether or not it is seen from below. I hope if anyone reads this and is also struggling just to believe they may have hope or at least the courage to hang on one more day.

New Adam New Eve

Was thinking how the first Adam and the first Eve were so perfect the creme of Gods creation story! They blew it and yet think they maintained so much of that "human perfection" after the fall. Think they maintained their higher intellect, their healthy bodies but which were now allowed to experience illness a new thing for them. Think they had a much longer life span than we do now...So many things and yet tainted now after the fall. Slowly over the years humanity declined more and more. Fast forward Our Lord and Our Lady. Spared I believe from the taint of that sin hence they I believe were healthier than we more intelligent than we are too. More than that though I think they were physically more beautiful than the rest of us. It was like restoring the original beauty to this earth if even for a moment... It is a foretaste of what we will also experience I believe in Heaven. Think we will all be beautiful in heaven.  I see women or young ladies who are stunning coming into my brothers restaurant alot. The thing that usually hits me the most is their eyes! Wow! Some of them have the most stunning and beautiful eyes. The eyes reflect the soul. I think in heaven we will all have the most incredible eyes ever reflecting Him the source of all beauty! Think also that any physical flaws will be removed. Heavy people will be fit and trim. Women will have gorgeous hair and rosy cheeks! Men will also flow with health and vigor. No one wearing glasses or with bald heads. No double chins or potbellies...We will all be in our prime and we will feel it too! We will be bursting with vitality and life full of the joy of being alive in Him! What a marvelous time it will be! This fleeting life here is just that fleeting! Eternity is   f o r e v er........ Dont let anyone you know NOT get there....Heaven was meant to be populated so lets help make that happen.! Tell all you know the joys of this place in hopes that it will convince them to get there too!

Reading this book sent by dear friend Methariel...

Its called Captivating...Every female should read this...So far one thing that has blown me away is how women were the last thing God created on this earth...We are his crowning jewel! Wow! It explains how everything about us that is often misunderstood is actually good! We love to look pretty, we love relationships, we want to be desired, we want to be loved...So many things! This books explains how those are qualities that are a (reflection) of God Himself!  He is beautiful, He loves to have a relationship with us! He Loves us to love Him! Do you see where this is going! I am floored by all this! It is changing the way I feel about myself. It shows me how when we get to heaven all the "flaws" we think we have or maybe do have will be transformed into extreme beauty! We will be true beauty queens sisters mine! Our hair will be gorgeous as will our forms! We will truly have flaws sin brought on erased and shine like the stars! And we will shine with an inner beauty that will be a refection of the inner beauty that we receive from loving Him! Oh ladies if you could only read this book and see how you do shine even now! God is so wonderful! He made us his crowning beauty on earth so let your light shine don't be ashamed to love selflessly, to sacrifice for the good of others, to be a friend, to love like there's no tomorrow...Let your feminine beauty shine here so that in Heaven you will shine like the stars! Love you all!

Just thinking-again

I am quite convinced now that we are indeed living in the "end times"... This comes not from private revelation or any such thing but from reading whats out there, approved church commentary and just talking to many, many people who are feeling the sense of dread that I do.  There is a sense of foreboding, a sense of something coming and its not good.

Now that said, I've been doing some thinking again.  I don't want to be around for the end times, think most feel the same way, who would?  But on the other hand it means heaven is that much closer! It means that we are some of the last humans God has ordained to "create" to have the option of enjoying heaven. Wow! Aren't we blessed!  Its scary and wonderful at the same time. Its caused even more focusing on the wonders of what awaits us in Heaven.

 I was thinking of all the things I'd love to do here on earth but most likely never will get to enjoy like decorating 100 houses each with its own theme, unique and wonderful.  I was thinking of all the hiking I've missed over the last 20 years due to well a negative other half.  I was thinking of all the things I've missed not have a regular computer for all the research I'd love to do... I was thinking of all the books I'd love to be able to enjoy if only there was time for ALL of them.  Then it hit me! I bet Heaven has a huge library there filled to the brim with books of all kind of facinating things. In my mind I see a surprise waiting when you open any of these books.  I see instead of pages before my eyes the book coming alive.  I see myself and anyone else going for a real live adventure in the book! Its better than a computer, its better than just sitting and reading! WHY NOT! the eye has not seen the ear has not heard! Why do we limit ourselves?  Re: my decorating I see God allowing me to have my hundred houses to decorate with no limit on a budget and using "otherwordly" materials to create the most incredible dream homes ever!  I see every dream I dream and wish for coming true in such incredible ways! WHY NOT?  I want to  hike? Why not fly? Why not fly over vista's like none have ever seen without my fear of heights, why not?  There is so much there, waiting, like Christmas morning... If we can just finish the race. It will all be so worth it, just keep the faith...I want to see you there!

Life Seems So Burdensome Sometimes and Yet

Life can seem so heavy and burdensome can't it? It sure does for me... It is so easy to give up, to want to quit to think that this is all there is....Then my precious child or a whisper from an unseen angel will redirect my thoughts and remind me about the "hereafter"...  Yes! The hereafter with its promise of rest, of quiet and calm... With the promise of beautiful surroundings that have no blemish, no sick trees, dying animals or humans anywhere...The air is so crisp and clean, the waters so clear and blue... The lazy clouds drifting so softly by. You feel the strength of the environment strengthening you and filling you with life...Breathe it in!  Everywhere is perfection but not perfection that is overwhelming and discouraging to you by reminding you of your lack of, no, perfection that lifts you up and elevates you to join forces with it....This is our promise, our reward for completing the race! All traces of sin and its negative effects washed away by the blood of our Savior.... Oh the thoughts make all of this here seem so trival and so short lived when compared to eternity such as this....So friends look up, don't look down and see only the here and how, look up and see eternity....The view is so much better!

Souls of nature

Did you ever think about how every thing living you see has a soul? Not a human soul but nonetheless a soul...Things cannot live without a soul.  It hit me how God is so awesome that He even has to think to create everything. Every non living thing and all living plants: animals, plants of all kinds...He has to take a moment to think of each one then to fashion and shape it into something living...It also hit me how these things were meant for something better than what we have left for them. I truly believe that these things will also receive their reward for suffering alongside of us. They are the silent sufferers in this exile world of ours...I know that our great God will also bless them in the new future....
